House Rules

Luxury Coastal are proud to represent a collection of the finest properties in the South West. All our properties are in coastal, peaceful locations and are best suited to families and couples.

We aspire to provide our guests with a relaxing stay in a property near the coast and ask that all guests respect the surrounding areas that we love, the neighbours and indeed the property itself.

We want to make sure that you have the most enjoyable stay, though we do ask that you adhere to a few LC House Rules, just to make sure that both yourselves and those in your close surroundings are able to relax too.

Property Condition

A Luxury Coastal property will have many of the home comforts you’re accustomed to, as well as some added extras too, such as hot tubs, swimming pools etc. we ask that you use the property and everything within as if it were your own and leave them as you found them.

Use of Property & Facilities

We ask all of our guests to be as mindful of their impact on the environment as possible during their stay.

Here’s a few ways that will really help:

• Your holiday home will be set to a comfortable temperature for your stay. If you need to adjust this, please do so though be considerate of the usage when you’re going out and about or staying in.
• Close windows when you have the heating on to ensure the house is kept as well insulated as possible.
• Turn off lights in rooms you’re not using and when you go out.
• Only charge your vehicle where an advertised EV facility is provided for you to do so.

Bins

Please adhere to the rules around bin collection, which will be stipulated in the property

Barbecues

There’s nothing better than a barbecue whilst on holiday! Please make sure you empty the coals and leave it ready for the next stay (Please always check that your property permits the use of barbecue)

Pets

No one should miss out on time away, which is why many of our properties accept pets. If you are bringing your pet along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in the properties themselves, however you may be permitted in any outside space that is offered. Please use an ash tray too.

Excessive Noise

We want you to have fun for your entire holiday – please keep noise levels down as the evening draws on and make sure that you’re not disturbing any of the neighbours after dark

Electric Vehicle Charging

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging is not permitted at properties unless there is a dedicated EV charging point. If a property has an EV charging point it will be clearly detailed in the property description along with any additional charges. If your property does not have a dedicated EV charging point, you can find the nearest charging point by visiting zap-map.com.

Parties

Our owners take great pride in offering properties that are very sought after in the South West – to keep the properties in a condition that guests can enjoy for years to come, parties aren’t permitted, unless expressly agreed

Stag & Hen dos

Unfortunately we’re unable to offer stays for stag dos, hen dos and parties.

If you feel that your group may sit outside of the party make up above, please get in touch to discuss your booking.

*We’re sorry to say that if your holiday is booked against these rules, we may be in touch to find out more and in some instances, let you know that your stay will be unable to proceed.

If you are on your stay and aren’t behaving in a respectful manner nor as part of a group that adheres to the above, we will be in touch and may request that you leave the property or pay a fine.
