Pets: 2 pets are allowed, A charge of £25 per pet per stay/week will be applicable and required before your stay. If you are bringing your dog along with you, please ensure that you pick up mess after them and don’t allow them on the beds and furniture. It’s worth bringing a few blankets and all of their bits and bobs to make sure they’re settled. We also ask that dogs are not left unaccompanied in the property at any time. The property does have dog water bowl and dog blanket on request.
Number of steps: There is an internal flight of stairs leading to the ground floor.
Type of heating: Radiators
Linen: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests; however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
Pool: Guests have use of an outdoor and indoor pool however the pool and other Leisure Facilities are closed between:

Smoking: All our properties are non-smoking, and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Lovely quiet retreat

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, walks in the countryside and a base for exploring Cornwall, then this is the place. The accommodation is lovely and very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was lovely, even though the train line disturbs the peace for a few minutes now and then! We even saw deer playing in the field. At times we felt like we were the only people there. The pool is very welcome after a day out in the sunshine. The only thing we were disappointed with was the restaurant. Its not open every day, which is ok as its too expensive to eat there all the time anyway. The food was way too fancy and Im sure it would of been amazing and I know its prepared by a top ex-master chef contestant, but after a day out walking with the dog it would of been nice to be able to get some good hearty fresh food on site and then go back to the cottage, hot tub or pool! You can get take aways delivered but you have to trek up to the gates to let them in and some that are in the literature that is left in the cottages dont actually deliver. We will be booking a return trip!
