Set within a contemporary *Passivhaus development just a five-ish minute-drive (or a fifteen minute walk) from the three mile stretch of dune-backed sands at The Towans and Gwithian beaches, this beautiful home melds laid back styling with modern features to offer a holiday home that feels easy-going and welcoming from the moment you plonk your bags down.

Light-filled and airy the house is peppered with wall art including works from the St Ives School as well as bold prints from the Pop Art movement, all sitting alongside eclectic furnishings that range from a salvaged armoire and wire dining chairs to a cowrie shell chandelier and velvet sofa. A free-flowing living/dining area opens out through French doors to a sun-drenched paved garden where a bed of tropical plants, Tom Leaper Sculptures, ferns and grasses forms a lush oasis. It’s a relaxing place for BBQ’s or for chilling out after a day’s surf, with a storage shed ideal for popping wetsuits and boards into, and a lounge suite perfect for putting your feet up.

Upstairs, the property’s three bedrooms include a spacious en-suite master and a second double bedroom (both with integrated wardrobes), while the smaller third bedroom has a comfortable daybed. More artwork and photographic prints infuse the rooms with warmth and character, and along with the large family bathroom on this floor, the space is well suited to families and couples.

Designed with complete relaxation in mind, Inner Visions Eco isn’t short on entertainment features; in fact, its selection of toys and books as well as games console, music system, Sonos speakers and smart TV ensure there’s plenty for adults and kids to look forward to after heading back from a day spent catching waves in St Ives Bay or building sandcastles down on the beach.

    Located on the ground floor off the living room, the kitchen features a mixture of colours and textures with fish sketch wallpaper and brickwork contrasting the stark white and stone-effect units, red oven and distressed timber flooring. A range of large and small appliances include an induction hob, electric single fan-assisted oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Sage coffee machine (which uses Nespresso pods), cafetiere, iron and ironing board, toaster, vacuum cleaner, kettle and microwave

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or any additional cleaning above the norm after your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
