Outside there’s a fantastic patio area which has been furnished with a spacious rattan lounge suite and dining table. This is the perfect place to enjoy fresh air barbecues or a chilled-out G&T while soaking up the Cornish sunshine and fresh sea air.

Positioned just several minutes’ drive from Perranporth’s famous golden stretch, days are spent lazing in the sun or paddling about in the Atlantic surf, and for visitors keen to try out their skills on the water, there are a host of water sports hire companies offering equipment to those of all ages and abilities.

This apartment is above a Londis convenience store where a wide range of everyday essentials including confectionery, beers, wines, top up grocery items, fresh produce and food to go can be purchased. Opposite the property is a large park that includes a children's playground, a football goal and outdoor exercise equipment, so is ideal for families with children of all ages.
