Light-filled and spacious, this home’s open plan living has been beautifully decorated, with modern furnishings that are as comfortable as they are good looking, creating a welcoming space to spend time to relax in.

The fully fitted kitchen has been amply equipped so that family feasts can be rustled up with ease, and a dining area which has been incorporated into the space, makes the perfect place to share home cooked meals or for discussing the day’s escapades.
The property’s two bedrooms provide guests with a sumptuous space to retreat to after days spent exploring scenic coast paths and sandy beaches, and a pretty garden with seating at the front of the house offers a scenic spot for enjoying the sweeping views across rolling countryside towards Rosewall Hill and on towards the sea.

Pop into town for a wander through boutique-lined shops or indulge in a delicious cream tea or a traditional pasty; Porthmeor Beach is just a few miles away as is Carbis Bay, so beach days of basking in the sun or paddling in the surf are most definitely on the menu. And for one of the most scenic walks in Cornwall, a ramble along Rosewall Hill’s circular trail will reward visitors with some of the best views over St Ives extending all the way to Portreath and beyond.

    Situated on the ground floor this lovely room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area and has a large upholstered sofa as well as an armchair. Additional furnishings include a coffee table and TV unit with a flat screen Smart TV

    Located on the ground floor, the contemporary kitchen is open plan with the lounge and incorporates the dining area. It features granite work surfaces and a range of large and small appliances including an electric fan-assisted oven and grill, gas hob, integrated fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer as well as a cafetiere, toaster, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner
    The kitchen has a back door with access to the rear of the property, however this is not usable space as it lies within a few yards of the old main road into St Ives - the property's usable outdoor space lies to the front of the house

    Incorporated into the kitchen, this area features a round dining table and four contemporary chairs

    Located on the first floor, this room has a lovely king size bed and feels bright and airy. Furnished with bedside lamps and bedside tables, there is a hanging rail and rack for clothes.

    To the front of the house is a small lawn area that has been furnished with chairs and a bench. The property also provided a hammock that fastens to the two posts in the garden
