Ideal for cooking a few family favourites in or for whipping up a full English before nipping off to the beach, it’s just the place to spend time socialising together, with a warm and inviting ambience that makes relaxing into the Cornish way of life effortless.
Upstairs are two lovely bedrooms sleeping five guests, both of which are furnished to a high standard with crisp, white linen and countryside views, as well as lots of hanging space for clothing. The family bathroom can also be found on this floor and is a good size with a large bath and shower over.
Just a ten-minute walk away from the coast path and Swanpool beach, and just a short drive from Falmouth, this home is ideally located to enjoy the best of everything this beautiful part of the Cornish coast has to offer.

We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Falmouth is just on your doorstep with the national maritime museum and Pendennis Castle, after a busy day on the beaches and in Falmouth town, Ash Barn is a great property to come back to and unwind in the fabulous garden with BBQ area to watch the sunset over the hills and countryside. The nearby golf course is also a great attraction.
