On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to the grand sitting room with original sash windows and views over the front lawn and the cricket field beyond. This impressive room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to socialise with a large working fireplace and a 65” smart TV with Sky Q and Sonos Playbar. Along the hallway, the modern kitchen is open-plan with the snug, providing additional a casual seating and TV area, and leading to the decadent dining area decorated with dark walls and eclectic furniture with dining for 10. Double doors lead to the front patio and also to the light-filled inner hall with the restored original sweeping stairs.

The breath-taking staircase leads to the first floor bedrooms, including the magnificent super king master bedroom with opulent décor and antiques including a set of World War 2 binoculars – ideal to enjoy the views across the countryside. Across the hall is an exceptional master bathroom with double vanity, antique style roll-top bath and huge walk-in shower. The property has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests, no visitors and no camping allowed in the grounds

Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
