Set within the quiet, countryside village of Marldon on the outskirts of the English Riviera, this beautiful cottage offers couples and small families a fantastic base from which to explore the attractions of both the towns and beaches in the area.

Arranged around a lovely central courtyard, Mill Cottage is one of five original stone buildings, and comprises a generous open-plan interior, two spacious bedrooms as well as a private outdoor area complete with a table and seating for alfresco dining. Exuding charm and luxury throughout, the cottage retains many of its character features including exposed timber trusses and chunky window reveals, while the neutral palette and crisp white walls lend a contemporary quality to the décor. A fully equipped kitchen provides guests with everything needed to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, while the cosy and comfortable lounge offers the perfect place to relax and unwind in, or to catch up on a good book.

Within a short distance of the towns of Torbay and their wonderful beaches including Goodrington and Preston, this property is also close to the rugged Dartmoor National Park, making it ideal for anyone wishing to enjoy the very best of the area.
