Situated in a fantastic position just metres from Paignton’s promenade and beach, Seagull’s Rest is a luxury ground floor apartment sleeping five guests. Thoughtfully laid out to make the most of spending time together, the living area is open plan with the spacious kitchen / diner and includes two sleek sofas and a wall mounted flat screen television. Perfectly suited to families, the apartment’s sleeping is arranged into three bedrooms that include an ample-sized master bedroom with a roomy king size bed and Juliet balcony, as well as a lovely twin and a single room, while the contemporary bathroom features a huge walk in shower cubicle and sparkling azure tiles that echo the blue tones of the bay beyond.
