A number of surf schools and board hire companies operate from the area making it the ideal place for anyone wishing to try the sport out, and a range of shops and food outlets provide beachgoers with everything they need to enjoy long sunny days spent at the beach or playing in the waves. Dogs are permitted on the beach all year round, and the walks to Crow Point provide some fantastic views across the coastline.
