We’ll send you a text message and email straight after the booking has been confirmed, which will contain all the information you need for your arrival and stay, including the key safe code for the property.
Do you offer discounts for very last minute stays?

We work hard to ensure that our properties offer the best value for our guests, all year round. Occasionally, we may offer further reduced rates, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
Do you offer low occupancy rates for last minute holidays?

Generally, not, however, if a particular property offers a low occupancy rate, this will be noted on the property’s listing.
I’ve booked a last minute stay with a hot tub. Will it be heated for my arrival?

Hot tubs are emptied, cleaned, and refilled between stays. Heating the water to suitable temperatures may take a few hours, depending on the type and cleaning schedule.
