Our beach retreats are more than just gorgeous properties in the best coastal spots – they’re special places where you can escape the ordinary, make memories, hang out, celebrate or hunker down.

On the coastlines of Devon and Cornwall, sandy beaches and clear waters beckon, along with pretty towns, fabulous restaurants, and attractions to delight both adults and children. Tailored spaces

Our properties have been designed to create spaces that are not only great looking but are super comfy too. That gorgeous sofa is also a lovely spot to curl up with a good book and an afternoon nap. Many of our homes feature stunning sea views too so you’ll have the ocean as a backdrop for your cooking, sleeping and entertaining.

Individually styled and furnished you can expect more than just the basics. Amply-equipped kitchens have all you’ll need for cooking up a feast, living rooms have carefully chosen furnishings and bedrooms have comfortable beds with quality linen.

 

Outside space

Life on the coast is all about fresh sea air, wide skies and the fabulous outdoors, where golden beaches lie close enough to stroll to and glistening bays tempt you to dive straight in. On warm, sunny days, post-beach BBQ’s are the order of the day, and in the evenings, sundowners under amber sunsets. Many of our beach retreats offer their own outside spaces so you can make the most of sun-soaked days and star-flung nights.

Dine outside with the whole family or let the kids and dogs stretch their legs before bedtime. Whether it’s a private balcony positioned right above the ocean, a lushly planted garden with fire pit and sun loungers, or a perfectly proportioned lawn with decking and hot tub, our homes embrace the laid-back lifestyle so synonymous with the coast.

From the rugged cliffs of North Cornwall to the tranquil coves of the South Hams, each destination in the South West offers something unique.

North Cornwall’s fabulous seaside towns including Watergate Bay, Newquay, Holywell Bay, Crantock and Harlyn Bay are perfect for beach lovers and thrill-seekers, and our beach retreats can be found near the area’s best sandy stretches.

In South Devon, the South Hams area boasts picturesque villages and idyllic beaches. Beesands and Torcross are two of the area’s quiet coastal villages, featuring long shingle beaches backed traditional pubs and seafood restaurants, making it an ideal spot for a laid-back retreat. Nearby, Challaborough offers a sheltered sandy bay, popular with families and water sports enthusiasts, and our homes here are just a short stroll from the sand.

Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth overlook the stunning Jurassic coastline, so our properties here offer a picturesque setting for seaside relaxation.
In West Cornwall, Gwithian and Hayle provide golden sands and great surfing conditions. Gwithian’s beach stretches for miles, perfect for long walks, while Hayle offers tidal pools and dunes that are a hit with families.
