Lazy long weekends away with friends or activity packed family holidays, Retallack Resort and Spa is a beautiful lakeside location on Cornwall’s iconic North coast offering luxury accommodation as well as a fantastic variety of facilities to suit every break and occasion.

Our lodges come beautifully equipped to offer guests a comfortable and spacious home, with modern kitchens and bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and bright and airy living spaces to unwind in. Decked patios create areas for relaxing and entertaining on in the sunshine, and most homes feature hot tubs for an extra touch of indulgence.

Water-sports lovers are spoilt for choice with a range of on-site activities that include *paddle boarding and *wakeboarding, while thrill-seekers will be able to take to the Flow Rider surf simulator for a surfing session with a difference! There’s an *inflatable aqua park and *volleyball court for some serious family-friendly fun, and a man-made beach with a bar and eatery that makes a great place for chilling out with a delicious bite to eat or a post-adventure drink.

As well as being a terrific choice for active guests, the resort also caters to those looking for more relaxation-inducing down time with a lovely ESYA Spa offering a range of treatments from facials to massage therapies. An indoor swimming pool is ideal for gentle morning swims, and the site even offers fishing in its very own lakes.

Retallack Resort and Spa’s proximity to the nearby towns of Newquay (10 miles), Padstow (8 miles) and Wadebridge (7 miles) means there’s plenty to see and do within just a short distance away, with the area’s attractions including those of the Eden Project, Tintagel, Port Isaac and the cycle and walking trails along the Camel Trail’s flat estuary path which starts at Wadebridge. Other attractions include horse riding, a bird sanctuary and the aquarium at Newquay, with a children’s amusement park not too far away.

*Please note that water-sports, the inflatable aqua park and volleyball are seasonal and open from April to 3rd October. These dates a well as opening times are set by Retallack Resort and Spa and are subject to change. All activities are at an additional charge and along with spa treatments, must be pre-booked directly with the site.

The Flow Rider Surf Simulator is open all year round from 12pm – 7pm and is at an additional charge. The minimum age is 8+ and ages 8-12 must be supervised by an adult.

The inflatable aqua park is seasonal and is open from 12pm – 7pm. The minimum age is 6+ and ages 6-12 must be supervised by an adult.

Volleyball is seasonal and operates from 11am to 5pm. Children 6+ and under 12 must have an adult over 18 on the water with them.

Tickets for fishing in the two fully stocked coarse fishing lakes are available at reception or to be booked in advance. Guests will need to bring their own rods and will need to have a valid environment agency rod license before fishing.

The newly refurbished Lookout Bar and Eatery is open 7 days a week from 12pm until late. Food is served until 9pm. Please book in advance. The restaurant also offers a click and collect service for those who prefer to dine at home.

The heated indoor swimming pool is open 7 days a week and is free of charge for guests

The on-site Health Club offers a small number of classes as well as training equipment and is open 7 days a week. Please book in advance.

The lovely ESYA Spa is open Monday to Friday for guests 18 years and over. Treatments will need to be booked directly with the resort.
