Your Ocean Sands apartment

Set just a couple of minutes’ walk from North Cornwall’s popular Porth Beach, your holiday home couldn’t be better placed for enjoying a wonderful coastal escape. And if its excellent position wasn’t enough of a draw, your apartment’s stunning interior, features and furnishings certainly are. Oasis Sands has two apartments on each of its three floors, as well as a sweeping penthouse apartment on its fourth.

The ground floor apartments have private gardens which are accessed from the living rooms and bedrooms, while the upper floors have beach-facing balconies with outstanding views.
All properties have air-conditioning and heating so you’ll be comfortable no matter what time of year you visit, and the convivial open plan living areas with Smart TV’s and sumptuous seating, mean you’ll have all the space you need for relaxation and entertaining.

Each apartment has two designated parking spaces on site, with one space having an electric vehicle charger.

 

 

Things to do in Porth

Porth is a coastal village on Cornwall’s north coast between Newquay and Watergate Bay. Life revolves around its fantastic beach which is popular with families for its expanse of sand and calm, shallow waters that are perfect for paddling, as well as its rock pools.

A small footbridge connects the beach to Porth Island, and from here you can enjoy far-reaching views over the coastline and sea. Porth is also a great starting point for walks along the South West Coast Path, one of the most popular being the scenic walk north from Porth to Watergate Bay. This vast, two-mile stretch of sand is perfect for dog walks and sunbathing, and its excellent waves make it favourite spot for surfers. Wavehunters Surf School is based on the beach and offers equipment hire and lessons.

To the south, Newquay is the heart of Cornwall’s surf culture and home to world-class beaches like Fistral Beach. Newquay’s buzzing atmosphere (especially in the summer months) is well known, and the town hosts various events including surfing competitions and music festivals. Newquay has many fabulous restaurants, a zoo, an aquarium and an 18-hole golf course.
