Ideally placed on Cornwall’s north coast, this spacious holiday home can be found in the beautiful village of Lelant within just 50 yards of the small train station that sits on the branch line between St Ives and St Erth. Rumoured to be one of the Queen’s favourite train journeys in the UK, the line winds its way past some of the loveliest of coastal scenery including the golden sands of Hayle Towans and turquoise blue waters at Carbis Bay before arriving in St Ives. Set on the outskirts of the village this five bedroom modern home offers ten guests a spacious base from which to enjoy the stunning beaches and well-known towns of the area, making it an ideal escape for friends and families to spend time together on one of Cornwall’s most iconic stretches of coastline.

Calming neutrals and plush soft furnishings adorn the home’s social spaces, where mid-century inspired pieces of furniture add a luxuriously comforting atmosphere. An elegant living room flows effortlessly into the dining area to create an inviting place that’s perfect for both spending time together in, as well as for sharing hours of conversation over a home-cooked feast. Five beautiful bedrooms offer a spacious sanctuary for guests to retreat to after days spent exploring the sandy stretches at Porthkidney Sand and Hayle Estuary, with the decadent first floor master suite boasting its own bathroom and dressing room, and a further two bathrooms meaning space for all.
A generous kitchen with plenty of worktop space and storage is amply equipped to handle anything from whipping up a batch of freshly baked scones to roasting a Sunday joint with all the accompaniments; with a range of appliances both small and large that include a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer meaning more time to relax! Outside, the enclosed garden is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee and for the younger members of the family it makes a lovely spot for them to stretch their legs or play in the Cornish sunshine.

Positioned west of the Hayle Estuary and gateway to Porthkidney Sands, the area is packed with stunning coastal walks that include the twelve and a half mile path of St Michael’s Way from Lelant to St Michael’s Mount. A shorter four and a half mile walk past Carbis Bay and on to St Ives affording wonderful sea views and historic landmarks along the way.

    The house has parking for three cars, one space alongside the garage and two spaces on the gravel parking area to the left of the front entrance. Please do not exceed the gravel as this will interfere with the neighbours parking

Estura is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing break near the beach. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements. No stag or hen groups or groups under 21 years old will be accepted

Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £250 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
