Recently, our team put the yhangry experience to the test with Luxury Coastal’s 6th birthday lunch celebration, hosted by chef Sam Bilson at our office in Marsh Barton. The brief presented to the chef beforehand was that it had to suit a cooking-free set-up as the office kitchen is on the small side and without an oven or stove.

Delicious and decadent

Sam offered a choice of two delicious grazing table menus which included a variety of cold savoury and sweet delicacies to fit the budget, and once our selection was made, all was left in chef Sam’s capable hands.

In a nutshell, the experience was seamless. Sam arrived fully prepared with all his own utensils, serving dishes, recyclable plates, cutlery and napkins. When the team descended on the break room, they were greeted to the most beautifully adorned table, piled with gorgeous goodies and handmade treats.

Everything taken care of

We were so impressed with the chef’s professionalism, creativity and organisation (even take-away boxes were supplied for those of us wanting leftovers) that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the yhangry experience to other businesses, as well as to guests.
