Inside, you'll find a tastefully styled, airy retreat curated for comfort and entertaining. The open-plan living space with its sleek kitchen and dining area is perfect for being together, whether you're relaxing, cooking, or sharing a meal. Glass sliding doors offer views towards the beach and flood the space with natural light, while a beach-facing balcony is ideal for watching the waves over a morning coffee, or sunsets with a glass of bubbly.

When it's time to unwind, three inviting bedrooms offer the perfect retreat. One has an en-suite for added luxury, while a family bathroom ensures plenty of space for everyone. Situated between Watergate Bay and Newquay, Porth Beach is best known for its safe swimming and family-friendly atmosphere. Lifeguarded year-round, its shallow waters are ideal for young children to splash and play, and low tide reveals many rock pools for young ones explore.

Just across the road, Roo’s Beach Hut has all your seaside essentials, from fishing nets and buckets to sun cream, while Café Coast, is a casual spot to enjoy a cream tea or an ice cream in the sunshine. For those looking to catch some serious waves, Watergate Bay is just a five-minute drive north, while the iconic Fistral Beach is around 10 minutes away in the other direction. Newquay’s other terrific beaches, including Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne, and Great Western, are also close by, as well as the town’s many excellent restaurants, surf shops, and golf course.

    We ask our guests for a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
    Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
