Positioned in the heart of Crantock village, this apartment is one of the Beachview Apartments development, consisting of nine exclusive properties.

Featuring stunning sea views and a spacious balcony from which to enjoy them, it’s also just a few minutes’ walk from the sand, making it perfect for a beach holiday with family or friends. Step into the spacious and airy open plan lounge leading to the balcony and take in the wonderful views over the beach and sea. The property is bright, contemporary, and equipped for a comfortable break, with underfloor heating for cooler months and a sliding door for indoor/outdoor living in warmer weather.

The kitchen has all you’ll need for rustling up your home-cooked meals, and both bedrooms feature zip and link beds to suit both couples and families, as well as Smart TV’s. The living room doubles as a dining area, ideal for meals or relaxation. Outside, a large shared outdoor space provides a picnic area and play space for children.

Crantock Beach, just moments away, offers golden sands and dunes for sunbathing, swimming, and beach walks. Water enthusiasts can surf or bodyboard, while younger visitors can explore rock pools or paddle in the nearby Gannel Estuary. Nearby, Newquay offers plenty to see and do with its collection of popular sandy beaches, shops, and restaurants.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Nearest EV charger: EV charger on site is available for a charge of £50 per week. Please only use this if you have paid the additional charge.
    Travel cot and highchair: Available upon request, please add at time of booking.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Cafetiere
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
