One of nine properties, Beachview Apartment 5, Crantock can be found on the first floor. Step inside and discover an airy open plan lounge which leads out to a fantastic sea view balcony. Here you’ll have far-reaching vistas towards the beach and ocean so you can take in the scenery, breathe in the sea air, and unwind in complete comfort before heading out to enjoy the sand and surf.

The apartment has been designed and kitted out to offer you all you’ll need to enjoy a blissfully comfortable break in Cornwall. Underfloor heating keeps you warm and cosy during the cooler months, while a Bluetooth speaker system built into the mirrors in both bathrooms means you can listen to your favourite tunes while you de-sand in the shower. The kitchen has all you’ll need for whipping up your favourite dishes, and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. The living room with its incredible sea views incorporates a dining area so you can eat, play games, entertain, or simply spend time relaxing together.

To the front of the building lies a large, shared outdoor space with artificial grass, benches and table – perfect for enjoying a picnic lunch or for letting the kids burn off their energy.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas.
    Number of steps: 1 flight of steps to the apartment door.
    Type of heating: Underfloor heating.
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Nearest EV Charger: EV charger on site is available for a charge of £50 per week. Please only use this if you have paid the additional charge.
    Travel cot and highchair: Available upon request, please add at time of booking.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Cafetiere
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
