Settling within the quaint seaside village of Crantock, this spacious first-floor apartment is the perfect pad for your beachy getaway. A bright and airy open-plan living room extends outside to a very large balcony through sliding doors, and here you can watch the ever-changing moods of the sea and sky, with stunning panoramic views of both.

Underfloor heating keeps this apartment warm in the cooler weather, and two comfortable bedrooms including a master ensuite, offer ample space for four guests. Rustle up your breakfast, lunch and dinners in the kitchen where you’ll find everything you need including a good range of appliances, cookware, utensils and crockery, and if you don’t fancy cooking you’ll have plenty of choice for dining out both in Crantock and nearby Newquay.

Amble down to the beach for a surfing session or simply to laze on the sand. The Gannel Estuary which lies alongside is perfect for kayaking, SUPping and swimming so you can enjoy the wonderful scenery whichever way you choose. Beachview also has its own terrific outside space, with a large, shared garden being a great option for outdoor dining or fun in the sunshine.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Nearest EV charger: EV charger on site is available for a charge of £50 per week. Please only use this if you have paid the additional charge.
Travel cot and highchair: Available upon request, please add at time of booking.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
