The best of both worlds, the Beachview Apartments sit in the heart of a quintessentially coastal English village yet are within very easy reach of Newquay’s buzzing atmosphere and beaches. Beachview Apartment 7 is on the second floor of the development and the spacious size of the rooms as well as its open plan layout lends an airy atmosphere throughout. There’s also a fantastic balcony with stunning views over the beach and sea so if you fancy unwinding after a day spent down on the sand, there is no better spot.

Kitted out with all you need to enjoy a truly comfortable break, you’ll find an amply-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom with Smart TV, and a contemporary en-suite bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Outside, a large shared outdoor space has tables and seating where you can enjoy lunch al-fresco or exercise your pooch if you’re travelling with canines, while just a short walk away lies Crantock Beach, a beautiful expanse of golden sand backed by dunes, where you can sunbathe, swim, or stroll.

If you’re up for a surfing session you’ll find lessons and equipment hire company on the beach, or if you fancy something a bit slower-paced, you can enjoy a paddle on the Gannel Estuary which lies alongside the beach. Nearby, Newquay's vibrant beaches, bustling shops, and enticing restaurants lie waiting to be discovered.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Nearest EV Charger: EV charger on site is available for a charge of £50 per week. Please only use this if you have paid the additional charge.
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Cafetiere
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

A piece of holiday heaven.

Theres a real wow factor when you walk into this apartment! The view from the balcony and sunsets at night are so beautiful- we intended to eat out each night but ate with a view instead! The comfort and quality of the apartment is fantastic and Martin the caretaker couldnt be more welcoming and helpful. Location is about 15 mins walk from the beach, 10 from coastal path and 10 from the picturesque village centre with two great pubs. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this holiday and fully intend to return.

Love these apartments, our 4 visit since they opened. Always very clean, everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Location perfect and the views from the top floor are amazing. Prices are not crazy like other accommodation in Crantock , very reasonable. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return.
