If you and your family are in search of a brilliant base for your next coastal break, this terrific apartment which sits in the heart of Crantock right near the beach – is the spot! A top-floor property within the development, Beachview Apartment 8 features an open plan layout as well as a terrific balcony with fabulous far-reaching sea views.

Beautifully equipped, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable break including a well-stocked kitchen, a large family-size bedroom with a Smart TV, and a contemporary en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in shower. Besides your own private balcony, there’s also a large shared outdoor space which offers tables and seating for al-fresco dining or a chance for the kids to run off some of their energy. Just a short walk away is Crantock Beach, a beautiful stretch of dune-backed golden sand where you’ll find surfing lessons and equipment hire available on the beach.

Alternatively, why not take to the river from the Gannel Estuary which lies next to the beach and enjoy a relaxed SUP session or kayak. If it’s more beaches you seek, or land-based adventure like a day at the zoo, nearby Newquay has dozens of shops, restaurants and attractions to enjoy, as well as it’s numerous famous beaches like Fistral.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
    Type of heating: Underfloor heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Nearest EV Charger: EV charger on site is available for a charge of £50 per week. Please only use this if you have paid the additional charge.
    Travel cot and highchair: Available upon request, please add at time of booking.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Cafetiere
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    The modern kitchen is open plan with the living and dining area and features an electric fan assisted oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box), washer/dryer and slim dishwasher. A range of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils including a cafetiere, as well as smaller appliances that include a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board

    The balcony is accessed through doors leading out from the living area with glass balustrade and wonderful sea views of Crantock Beach. Furnished with a dining set and four chairs
    To the front of the development lies a large communal space with artificial lawn and outdoor tables and seating
    There’s a communal surfboard storage cage in the garden available on a first come first served basis
