Wild and unspoilt, Gwithian’s soft sandy stretch and wave-lined blue waters invite visitors to soak up a truly breath-taking beach holiday atmosphere while the nearby village with its peppering of gorgeous homes feels eons away from life’s busy routines and schedules.

Tucked away within the village and just a short walk over sand dunes to the beach, Pump Cottage is a charming four-bedroom home with bags of character and amazing outdoor space – the perfect place for families and friends to gather for magical holidays on the Cornish coast.

Set over two floors, the cottage’s spacious family bathroom and four bedrooms can be found upstairs, while downstairs there’s a light-filled and stylish living room with French doors leading out to the garden and a log burner to keep the room cosy during cooler weather. A lovely farmhouse kitchen with its feature cast iron cooking stove is the convivial heart of the home where all can converge for sharing meals or games and for guests needing to catch up on their emails, the purpose-built ground floor office space offers a quiet place to work from.

Outside, a fantastic garden with lawn and paved terrace invites visitors to soak up the sunshine and fresh sea air. A rattan dining suite and parasol means meals can be enjoyed outside as well as in, with a charcoal BBQ and firepit setting the mood for alfresco dinners that last well into the evening.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 2 external access steps, 1 flight of internal steps

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
