Located on the ground floor of the popular Ocean 1 development, Just Beachy has an open plan kitchen / diner and living room which has doors leading out to its furnished balcony. Ideal for couples seeking a romantic retreat or for families craving seaside adventures, the apartment boasts bright and airy bedrooms designed for comfort. The ensuite master bedroom features a cosy double bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests. During the warmer months you can relax on the balcony with a cold refreshment in hand and enjoy the fresh sea air.

Newquay has long attracted visitors to its wave-lined shores, so there are numerous water sports hire companies as well as lessons available, meaning visitors of all ages and abilities can take to the surf. Following the coastline, the South West Coast Path offers many terrific walks too so for those who enjoy exploring the scenery on foot, there’s plenty of opportunity to embark on a fresh air adventure. Of course, Newquay’s food scene is well-known too so whether it be a celebration meal, casual lunch, or old fashioned fish and chips you’re after, you’ll be spoilt for choice during your stay.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

    Number of steps: Ground floor apartment with level access from road entrance. 1 flight of stairs from car park level.
    Type of heating: Electric heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Travel cot and highchair: These will be in the property, 1 cot and 1 highchair is provided.
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Cafetiere
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    This ground floor apartment has level access from the main entrance of the building. Guests using the parking will need to climb a flight of stairs or use the lift up to the ground floor

  • Parking
    Allocated private permit parking space for one vehicle with visitor’s spaces available on a first come first served basis. Please ensure the parking permit is displayed in your vehicle throughout the duration of your stay. Additional paid parking can be found in one of several nearby car parks, the closest long stay being that of Pentire Headland car park which is about 0.5 miles (15 minutes walk) from the apartment.
