Situated on a stunning stretch of coastline and centrally located to easily reach places like Padstow, Gwithian, Hollywell Bay and Newquay, Perranporth is an ideal destination for anyone who loves the Cornish seaside. This lovely home, which is just a short walk from the beach, is the perfect place to base yourselves when visiting this beautiful part of the UK with plenty of space to be completely comfortable.

On the ground floor there’s a large open-plan living room which has sliding doors connecting it to a big, sunny terrace where stunning views over the beach and out to sea are displayed. When the weather’s warm you can laze in the sunshine and BBQ, or pop open a bottle of bubbly and watch the sun set over the ocean. The property’s garden wraps round to the back where you’ll find a sun-soaked raised deck with a bistro table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee before heading down to the beach for a day of sunbathing, swimming or surfing. The home’s three lovely bedrooms include a first double bedroom, plus a large king size bedroom which has wonderful sea views and its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there’s a spacious king, and the family bathroom which has a double walk-in shower.

One of the north coast’s best-loved destinations, Perranporth is a joy for anyone who loves the beach. Backed by sand dunes and with golden sands sprawling for miles, the beach is perfect for bucket and spade days, sunbathing, swimming, walking and surfing. The famous Watering Hole beach restaurant and bar sits right on the sand which is fabulous for a post-surf lunch or sundowners to round off an idyllic beach day.

The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

    Off the entrance hall on the ground floor and open plan with the dining area and kitchen, this lovely room has access through large doors out to the patio where incredible views over the Perranporth Beach and the sea can be enjoyed. The room is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, sideboard, side tables and a TV cabinet with a Smart TV and Freeview creating the perfect place for relaxation and entertainment.

    The kitchen has access to the outside area at the back of the house and is equipped with an electric oven and grill, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee pod machine.     The living area has access to the wonderful sea facing patio which has been furnished with an outdoor dining set. Guests can set their disposable BBQ’s on the stone plinth provided and enjoy outdoor cooking overlooking the beach and sea. The home’s garden wraps round to the rear where there’s a raised decked terrace which is furnished with a bistro table and chairs – perfect for lazing in the sunshine with your morning coffee.

    Private parking for two cars on the front drive of the property
    Please note there are upper and lower turns into Liskey Hill Crescent from Liskey Hill. The lower turn off the main road and into the lane is tight so guests with larger vehicles may struggle. Larger vehicles should use the turn at the top of the crescent, 100m further up Liskey Hill.
    Additional parking can be found in the public car park at Wheal Leisure about 4 minutes’ walk from the property
