Overview
Two beautifully appointed bedrooms rest on the ground floor and have beds that can be arranged as super kings or twins to offer flexible sleeping to suit both couples and families. Both boast crisp linen, black-out blinds, built-in wardrobes and Smart TVs, with the larger of the two having its own en-suite which has an oversized walk-in shower. A glass door from this room gives access out to a furnished terrace and garden, and here guests can dine, relax or simply hang out in the sunshine.
Upstairs, the open plan living area creates a bright and airy space for socialising and unwinding, with doors opening on to the large sea-facing balcony which is the perfect spot for taking in the views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that guests will need to be able to whip up home cooked meals, and the dining area is ideal for morning chats or for planning the day’s activities over a coffee and a full English.
The small coastal village of Porth is the best of both worlds, being away from the bustle of neighbouring Newquay yet within easy reach of its shops, restaurants and surf schools. Porth Beach itself offers an expanse of golden sand and relatively calm waters thanks to its sheltered position between two headlands, so for swimming, paddle boarding or splashing in the shallows, it’s ideal. A narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island where incredible views over the Atlantic and coastline are showcased and from here, the South West Coastal Path meanders to Whipsiderry Beach and then on to Watergate Bay (about half an hour’s walk). Lusty Glaze Beach is roughly 20 minutes’ walk in the other direction, or if you’d prefer to drive, just 3 minutes’ by car.

As I have said Wow. My wife and I have stayed at quite a few Airbnbs also at porth. And this apartment was outstanding almost in every way. The only small aspect was the view, but saying that you can see the sea and you are only a 150 meters away. Everything else was immaculate. You have everything you need. Communication was excellent, value for money is a very high score. My wife and I will definitely visit this appointment again if its available. Mr Elliott, Nottingham.

We planned a last minute holiday down to Cornwall with our daughter and her boyfriend. Found Luxury Coastal holidays and were so pleased to see their inventory of beautiful, well priced holiday homes. The house itself was immaculate and had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. Even the construction behind the house, which we were pre warned about was not an issue. View was lovely, location to beach and pub was an easy walk down the street. Cant wait to come back and would highly recommend Luxury Coastal and this home to anyone.

We had a great time in Porth and what made it extra special was out accommodation. Great location, great agents and immaculate place to spend a week. All mod cons you could ask for and mega comfy. People often give nice reviews and 5 stars for places that are 3 stars at best but this really is a 5 star.
