With its light, bright and elegantly designed interior as well as a fantastic location right above the town and harbour, this gorgeous ground floor apartment is all you could wish for from your stay in St Ives.

Sleeping four guests with flexible bed arrangements to suit both couples and families, the apartment has a beautiful living room with a large bay window where stunning sea views are showcased. The spacious kitchen/diner to the back of the property comes fully equipped and includes a coffee making station as well as a range of appliances, cookware and gadgets to make food prep a breeze, and opens out to a sunny courtyard where you’ll find a table, chairs and a built-in bench to create a private space for fresh air dining and entertaining.

All that St Ives is famous for lies right on the doorstep including its vibrant art scene and galleries, shops, restaurants and harbour. Two of the town’s best beaches including Porthminster and Porthmeor lie within half a mile of the property too so guests can enjoy surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, coasteering, kayaking, sunbathing and swimming within just a few minutes of leaving the front door.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pets allowed, £25 per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

There is the option to get the 16 bus from Treloyn Avenue to St Ives Cinema which is located close to Abla's Abode.
