Recently refurbished, Bassett Cove is set over three floors with open plan living/cooking/dining on the ground level, three bedrooms on the first floor and a large master suite on the second. Spacious and airy, the house features contemporary furnishings throughout, with sea views from its upper floor. It is also beautifully equipped with amenities to offer guests all the comfort they could ask for while visiting.

Best known for its picturesque harbour and iconic Tate St Ives art gallery which is right on Porthmeor beach, St Ives also has a terrific foody scene as well as plenty of independent shops to peruse. Situated in the glorious St Ives Bay, the beaches here are second to none too. Known for its clean water and brilliant surf conditions, those who fancy hitting the water can hire surfboards, SUPs and wetsuits from several surf schools like St Ives Surf School based on Porthmeor Beach. Porthminster Beach is a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute drive away and is a good all-rounder for the whole family with its popular beach café, where you can enjoy a cold drink and watch the waves roll in.

Of course, if you prefer to stay in the dry, you can stroll the coast path, sunbathe or build sandcastles on one of several sandy stretches in the area, like Gwithian, Porthkidney Sands and Carbis Bay. Nearby, Trewyn Sub Tropical Gardens and The Barbara Hepworth Studio and Garden offer terrific days out with the family.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (helf as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen.     Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
