Situated in a prime location overlooking St Ives Bay, Fishers View is a luxurious holiday home offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning sea views. Just a short drive from Porthminster Beach and a leisurely stroll through the castle grounds, this exclusive property is ideal for family holidays with all the clan, as well as of a peaceful retreat for couples and groups of friends.

The spacious interior offers five fabulous bedrooms, four of which are on the ground floor and one of which is upstairs. A gorgeous snug on the ground floor has its own TV and sofa bed, so for those in need of extra space, it’s perfect. Sliding doors from the snug lead out to a lovely terrace, where you can take in the fresh air as well as the stunning views across the golf course and over the bay.

Unwind and relax in the upper floor open-plan living space, which has ample seating and features sliding doors that open out to a large, furnished balcony where you can soak up the sun and admire the views. A fully kitted-out kitchen has all you’ll need to create home cooked feasts, and the big dining table has plenty of room for all to sit round for family dinners and board games. When the weather’s warm, the wraparound lower terrace provides another idyllic spot for outdoor entertaining, with ample space for fresh air dining and a backdrop of fantastic views and scenery.

St Ives is a picturesque coastal town well-known for its stunning beaches, vibrant art scene, and historic charm. Explore the cobbled streets of the Downalong, visit the Tate St Ives gallery, or simply relax on one of the many sandy beaches. For beach days you’ll have your pick of some of Cornwall’s best sandy crescents like:

Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.

Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
On-site Pool: Although Tregenna Castle on-site facilities are available for our guests to use at an additional cost, the indoor pool cannot be used during school holiday periods. The outdoor pool is not available to our guests.

- Indoor swimming pool (£7 per person for non-residents and restricted to one hour per session. £3.50 for ages (3-12years). Free for under 3's. Towel hire - £1 per towel. - Non-resident swims are restricted to one hour and are not available during school holidays. Balls and inflatables are prohibited.
- Two all-weather tennis courts (for non-residents £10 per hour will be charged. Please pay at reception). Tennis rackets and balls can be hired at the leisure reception (£1 per racket).
