Sleeping two guests Kailani offers a delightful space that has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday in St Ives. An open plan living room with large bi-fold doors means you’ll have lovely sea views to enjoy, and when the weather’s warm you can open these to reveal a Juliet balcony for inviting the fresh air and sunshine inside. The bedroom is a relaxing retreat with its comfy bed tucking into the eaves beneath exposed beams, and a fab little kitchen with its bijou dining area means you can whip up meals to share together over a glass of wine.

Just metres from the front door lie the harbour, beach and sea. Fore Street sits just round the corner too, so you’ll have all of the town’s restaurants, shops and galleries within a stone’s throw from your apartment. Holidays in St Ives are simply superb with beautiful beaches like Porthmeor, Porthminster and the harbour to choose from. If you love your water sports there are SUP, kayak and surfboard hire companies strewn around the bay, and if you’re a novice you can easily book a couple of lessons with a pro to boost your skills and confidence.

*The Copper Kettle apartments sit above the Rum and Crab Shack restaurant/bar which does occasionally have live music which never extends past opening hours. It’s position overlooking the town’s vibrant harbour means a lively and busy atmosphere

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property
    Number of steps: External flight of stairs to building door with 2 internal flights of stairs to apartment. Single level apartment. 36 steps in total.

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (If your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a Wi-Fi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    This apartment is positioned on the top floor at the back of the building. The entrance to the main front door for all the apartments is up granite steps, then up a further two internal flights of stairs to reach number 4 (A total of 36 steps)

    This property doesn’t offer outside space however the doors in the living area open to a Juliette balcony where there are amazing sea views over the harbour and bay

    This property doesn’t have its own parking however there are car parks close by including Sloop Council Car Park, Smeatons Pier Long Stay (about 5 minutes’ walk) and Barnoon Long Stay (about 10 minutes’ walk).
