In a fantastic position at the centre of the town and with an incredible amount of space on offer, this holiday home creates a beautiful base for your St Ives getaway.

Set over two floors, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living / dining room, and a spacious kitchen with snug, guests at Mila’s Maison can relax in complete comfort and style. Big bay windows in the kitchen and living area have incredible views over the harbour, town and sea and here you’ll be able to entertain, socialise and unwind whether cooking, eating or simply hanging out together. The master bedroom has its own en-suite with a bath and shower, while the twin and double bedrooms share a family shower room.

All that St Ives is famous for lies right on the doorstep including its vibrant art scene and galleries, shops, restaurants and harbour. Two of the town’s best beaches including Porthminster and Porthmeor lie within half a mile of the property too so guests can enjoy surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, coasteering, kayaking, sunbathing and swimming within just a few minutes of leaving the front door.


This apartment is accessed via 12 granite steps from street level, and a further 14 internal stairs up to its first floor.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: No Pets allowed
    Number of steps: 12 granite steps from street level, and a further 14 internal stairs up to its first floor

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    This bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be joined to form a super king on request, bedside tables with lamps as well as hanging space for clothes

    This bedroom is also on the second floor and has lovely town and sea views
    Furnished with a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and hanging space
    It also has its own reading nook with an armchair and chest of drawers
