Luxury, comfort, and private outside space that includes its very own hot tub - if you’re looking for somewhere that feels 'away from it all' yet still within easy reach of South Devon's beaches and attractions, you’ve found it. Cherry Blossom settles within a farm meadow on the outskirts of Exeter and overlooks the river Kenn, so if relaxation is top priority, you'll find the setting perfect.

Inside your hut you’ll discover a fully-equipped space with touches of luxury throughout like solid oak floors, a sumptuous pull-down double bed, fully-fitted kitchen and wood-burning stove. There’s a modern shower room, TV, wi-fi and a terrific dining area that packs neatly away when it’s time to sleep so you really will have everything you need to get comfortable during your stay. Outside there’s that wonderful secluded patio area and garden which also happens to be secure, so if you’re holidaying with a canine family member you’ll have complete peace of mind. Light the barbecue, pop the fizz and soak up the sunshine – this is the slow-paced Devonshire lifestyle at its best.

There are terrific walks in the area as well as the lovely 13th Century Ley Arms pub where you can wine and dine your afternoons away however, Cherry Blossom is also within striking distance of the South Hams with its long sandy beaches, tree-lined rivers, and of course towns like Totnes and Dartmouth just waiting to be explored. Within a 15-minute driving radius you can access the coast at Dawlish Warren or Teignmouth or hike the rugged tors and landscape of Dartmoor national park, or for something slightly more cosmopolitan, you can pop into Exeter for a dose of retail therapy and culture, and visit the charming town of Topsham (just 20 minute drive away) to browse independent boutiques, take afternoon tea and relish walks along the River Exe.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £50 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £15 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 1 small dog over the age of 12 months allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

The dining area features a really good size table with benches and upholstered seating. It packs away neatly under the fold down bed allowing plenty of room for bedtime

Stunning, Peaceful Escape

My husband and I had the most wonderful 2 night break at Cherry Blossom! The hut itself was so clean, adorable and had everything you need for a comfortable, cosy stay. The surroundings were so quiet and lovely - spring is a great time to visit as you have all the lambs in the field opposite - adorable! The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the local area - we visited Canonteign Falls just 15 mins away.

We really liked the shepherds hut and hot tub. Very clever storage in the hut, it was fun finding all the hidden essentials like the bed and table. Better weather would have made the trip even better as we could have enjoyed outside more.

Great spot for total relaxation, no need to go out and about. Everything you could want is provided. Just take some bbq food, brekkie food and drinks so you can laze around and enjoy the total peace and quiet. Hot Tub is lovely and kept constantly warm. If you need to get away from the fast pace of life this is ideal. Beautiful location and very nicely presented, secluded and private area. Lovely friendly host

A beautiful little getaway

What a beautiful and charming hidden gem to stay The accommodation and the grounds were absolutely stunning, the shepherds hut was comfy, suprisingly roomie and came with everything that we needed (even a water bowl and toys for the dog) some beautiful walks near by and anything else was just a quick car journey away. The owners were so lovely and turned up to introduce themselves with fresh bread and cake (which were delicious) A lovely few days to recharge from the daily life of madness - highly recommended and we wil be back.

Lovely quiet Devon Sheperds Hut

A well maintained shepherds hut set in its own lovely garden. Great local pub a short walk away. The customer service was excellent. Would definitely return if travelling to that area in the future.

Perfect babymoon

Myself and my partner stayed for 2 nights as this was our babymoon before we become parents. It was in a lovely spot next to a stream which sounds like a very small waterfall. I love that noise as its very relaxing and helps me sleep. The decor is amazing, such a clean property and well stocked with bits so you don't need to bring anything yourself to cook with. We was welcomed with a fresh loaf of baked bread and a couple of baked treats which was a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend this place to people who are looking for a relaxing time away from the busy city life.

Relaxing stay

We loved our short stay at Cherry Blossom. The hut itself is well laid out so that it feels spacious. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure good. Freshly baked bread on arrival was a lovely touch too. The hot tub was great and well looked after. The area is gorgeous, and especially outside this particular hut, we lived the fact that you can sit and watch the stream. We saw so much wildlife, including kingfishers. Easy to do walks locally. The hosts were also lovely and helpful. We will be back 🙂

The owners were very friendly and welcoming to the property. Suggested some beautiful walks to do whilst we were there. The actual lodge was amazing, clean, well facilitated also kept its heat from the log burner though the night. The hot tub was clean, and well looked after, added a special touch to our stay away whilst looking out onto the beautiful landscape.

Best mini break

We visited cherry blossom last week for 2 nights and we had the most relaxing visit. The location was perfect right next to a steam, it was fully kitted out and we had everything we needed. Lovely walks near by and the little pub up the road which was walking distance had fab food. The hot tub was a brilliant bonus as even in November we still enjoyed relaxing in it. We took out little Frenchie and it was all fenced in so he was able to roam while we were in the hot tub. Our host Ellena was amazing too! Couldnt have an asked for a more perfect little break. All 3 of us loved it. We will most definitely be back.

Beautiful location a short walk from a little pub with the nicest food. But was lovely did what it said on the tin. Hot tub was perfect. The only down side was completely my fault. And its been a while since using a log fire and I couldnt get the temperature right. But it was lovely shower was perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Cherry Blossom was perfect for our weekend away. It is so cosy and the outdoor area with the hot tub is idilic. We would definitely come and stay again. The little touches the owners left were lovely; such as the local bread and cakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a tranquil and cosy place to stay! Private hot tub which was a perfect way to relax and unwind. You felt away from it all yet everything was close by car, highly recommend and will definitely return, Stanley the dog enjoyed his break away too perfect place.

Lovely stay, great location with some great little touches. (Cakes and home made bread) Very dog friendly with little touches for them too (dog blanket and biscuits) could do with a dog shower outside for when u get back from the beach but everything else has been thought of. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely and quiet

Unfortunately we could only get 2 nights. Absolutely loved it, and would go again at the drop of a hat . Lovely and quiet location and just a few minutes walk to the village and the local pub/ restaurant. Hot tub was perfect and the facilities in the hut were spot on. One small point. And nothing to do with Cherry Blossom. If you venture out and are a nervous driver. It is Devon and there are miles of narrow single track roads. If you do venture off main carriageways be prepared to reverse for a quarter of a mile if you come up against a tractor and trailer! All in all we absolutely loved it and could not fault it. 5* all the way!
