Positioned within just a stone’s throw from the beach and set at the quieter Goodrington end of Paignton’s seafront, this stylish lower ground floor apartment is the perfect pad to spend time in while enjoying the best of all that Torbay has to offer.

Designed to make the most of its contemporary space, the living area is open plan and features a plush colour scheme and modern wall art as well as comfy seating in the form of an armchair and sofa. Incorporated within is a dining area with seating for four as well as a compact yet amply equipped Shaker style kitchen with integrated appliances and a range of cookware and utensils. Idea for families, the bathroom includes a large shower cubicle, with the sleeping arranged between a cosy twin room, and a comfortable double bed when converting the sofa.

Just a short stroll from Paignton’s iconic Pier and quaint harbour, as well as within easy reach of the area’s lovely beaches and towns, Salty Dog makes for a fantastic base from which to experience this popular area of South Devon.
