Situated within the scenic countryside surrounding The English Riviera, The Old Mill is a beautiful five bedroom cottage with an open plan layout, marvellous kitchen and private outside area.

Utterly charming and wonderfully spacious throughout, this lovely home is packed with characterful features that include exposed timber trusses and chunky window reveals, while the contemporary country-inspired décor brings a bright and welcoming atmosphere to the interior. Ideal for large families, the cottage’s five bedrooms include two king size, one double and two twins, with four bathrooms (three of which are en-suite) providing ample space for up to ten guests.

Designed with entertaining in mind, the cottage’s super kitchen is large and fully equipped, and includes a range cooker and a central island. The dining room makes the perfect place to enjoy home cooked meals together while outside there’s a private, furnished barbecue area that’s ideal for socialising or alfresco dining. A comfortable lounge complete with wood-burning stove and seating for ten, makes an inviting space to unwind in, and for additional entertainment the home also sports a games room with table football and a Smart television.

Set within the pretty village of Marldon, the sandy beaches and open countryside of the area are just a short drive away with the towns of Dartmouth, Brixham, Paignton and Torquay offering activity-packed days for the whole family to enjoy.
