Now, after its stunning renovation the house has been transformed into an immaculate four-bedroom home with a loft-style, open-plan kitchen and dining room.

Each bedroom is designed and furnished to the highest standard and all have their own en-suites. The living / entertainment space features exposed roof trusses with bi-fold doors which open outside to a large, paved terrace and floral garden where you’ll find a dining set, outdoor lounge suite and BBQ. A wood-fired hot-tub sits on the garden’s top tier and has views across the orchard to the woods beyond. The Estate’s parkland surrounds the house, offering easy access to miles of footpaths to explore the Somerset countryside.

Little Bank overlooks the parkland around Dillington House and there is a footpath immediately outside the property, offering a wide choice of walks right on your doorstep. There is a farmshop a minute’s walk from the house, with a deli-counter for anything you might be missing, and fresh barista coffee for a full-flavoured caffeine boost.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £500 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 2 pets allowed, £50 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: 1 external step from the parking to the front door and 1 flight of internal stairs. Please note there are many steps outside in the garden area.
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Wood Burner: Matches, kindling, firelighters and logs are provided for first fire
    Coffee Machine: Nespresso coffee machine, Refillable pods and some ground coffee is supplied
    Hot Tub: Woodfire
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required.

    Open plan with the dining room on the home’s upper floor, the contemporary Shaker kitchen features an island with breakfast bar and stools.
    Microwave, fridge / freezer with ice dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, fan-assisted oven, dishwasher, a large induction hob and many other kitchen gadgets and utensils.
    This area also has bluetooth / DAB radio
    *Refillable pods and some ground coffee is supplied

    Dining Room
    Open plan with the kitchen, this part of the room features a dining table with eight chairs, and another seating area with three lovely mid-century styled armchairs and a low table. Bifold doors open out to the large terrace and garden

    All four bedrooms are en-suite and rest on the home’s ground floor. Tastefully decorated and beautifully designed, all feature zip and link beds that can be setup as either twins or super-king doubles
    The beds have comfortable, deep mattresses, fluffy, indulgent mattress toppers and 400 thread-count cotton bedding. Soft bathroom robes, body-wash and shampoo in the bathrooms, and separate towels for use in the hot-tub are also provided
    Each bedroom has a hairdryer
  • Bathrooms
    The four en-suite bathrooms include ​two with modern walk-in showers, one with a bath with a shower over, and one with a freestanding cast iron bath
  • Outside
    The terrace and garden have been designed to make the most of outdoor entertaining and relaxation
    Rattan armchairs and a sofa provide a comfy spot for unwinding in the sunshine while a dining table, charcoal bbq and firepit are perfect for fresh air feasts that extend well into the evening
    The wood-fired hot-tub overlooks the garden and the countryside beyond
