A tranquil holiday retreat for family and friends, this newly renovated first floor apartment with its own parking, is just a short drive or leisurely walk from Torcross and Slapton Sands so for those looking to enjoy all that the area has to offer, it doesn’t get much better.

The property has plenty of space for four guests and includes two bright bedrooms and a contemporary open plan living / dining area as well as an amply equipped kitchen, all of which are framed by the beautiful views over the countryside from its sash windows. Outside you’ll discover an extensive shared garden with a furnished terrace where you can enjoy outdoor dining together, and with wonderful vistas that extend right down to the sea, this is also an idyllic setting for morning coffees and evening drinks.

For those who relish walking and being out in nature the area offers plenty to see and do. The South West Coast Path which picks up the route to down Torcross then on to neighbouring Beesands, is virtually on the doorstep. Alternatively, visitors can choose the flat and scenic route around Slapton Ley National Nature Reserve, the largest natural lake in south west England; a peaceful place for a stroll and for spotting the local bird and wildlife.

An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Devon’s South Hams has many wonderful beaches to explore too, including Slapton and Blackpool Sands, Beesands, Bantham and Mill Bay which are all within easy reach. Those who enjoy laid-back breakfasts or a wood-fired pizza for lunch will love Stokeley Farm Shop which is just around the corner from the property, and for a traditional country pub experience, the Church House Inn (just a short stroll away), serves delicious modern versions of pub classics in a gorgeous setting.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £100 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (helf as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen.     Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Property surroundings: Please note that the owners live on-site in the main house but that the apartment enjoys its own privacy
    Additional Extras: There is a cot and a highchair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required.
