Inside, guests will discover a stylish and airy open plan living area which is the perfect place for relaxing in after an activity-filled day; while a fully fitted kitchen is ideal for rustling up delicious dinners and (for those more adventurous cooks) a few home-baked treats. Incorporated into the space on this floor, a convivial dining area creates an inviting place to share meals and conversation, while outside the enclosed private garden tempts morning coffees and alfresco dinners in the sunshine.
Upstairs, the cottage’s two spacious bedrooms feature a gorgeous king size bed in the master and twin beds in the second, with high quality mattresses and luxury bedding creating a relaxing place to retreat to for an afternoon nap or a peaceful night’s sleep.
Please be aware that although the garden is enclosed, the back fence is made from wire mesh that has been chosen to extend the views out over the fields and springtime flowers behind the property. Dogs will therefore need to be supervised when outside.

Pets: 2 pets allowed, we are unable to accept cats and other pets, £35 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
Number of steps: one external step down into the property and one internal flight, and a few steps up (about 6) to access the back garden
Type of heating: Central heating
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Security Deposit
We ask our guests for a £50 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

We had a 3 night stay over Easter. The house is spacious and a good layout. There was a welcome pack on arrival which was nice. Its in a good location with both Penzance and St Ives being nearby. You need to drive everywhere as its not suitable to walk due to busy A road. We came with our dog so found that difficult. The mattress in the main bedroom wasnt very comfortable and could probably do with changing. The kitchen could do with more plates, bowls etc. There was also no corkscrew so we contacted the host and he said he would drop one in but never did so we had to buy one. The last place we stayed with luxury coastal was a much higher standard.

Overall very nice place with all that youd need for a stay. The property was a great size, parking and garden was easy and decent. There was enough kitchen bits, towels, things like toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid etc to last, and overall space to make the stay easy and comfortable. Met the host who was very friendly and gave great recommendations for eating out and great pasty shops.
