A sumptuous space to retreat to after days spent exploring the coast, the suite is located on the second floor of what was once the Maritime Inn; which has now been refurbished and designed to provide a sophisticated base from which to experience Devon life at its best. A gorgeous interior and staggering waterside views creates the perfect ‘away from it all’ experience after busy days out, with its tasteful decor extending to both the bedroom and bathroom which are spacious and inviting; each boasting fittings and furnishings of the highest quality. Guests can look forward to snuggling down in utter comfort in the luxurious king size bed or enjoying a lazy soak in the rolltop bath before strolling to mere metres to the town for a delicious eggs Benedict and croissants or a posh fish supper.

Our new suites have all the comforts you’d expect from a Luxury Coastal stay; beautiful bedrooms, large bathrooms and wonderful views, however you won’t find any kitchen facilities as the suites are rented on a room only basis.

The Bedroom
Large and luxurious the bedroom with its coast-inspired hues and nautical wallpaper, features a king size bed with integrated luggage storage and incredible harbour views from its sash window. Wall lights create a warm ambience in the evenings, and additional furnishings include bedside cabinets, a wall-mounted Smart TV, chest of drawers, a free-standing wardrobe and a bistro table with two chairs. A Bosch Tassimo coffee machine with Costa pods is provided as well as a small under counter fridge and bluetooth speaker.
The Views
To the right-hand side of the room, a window seat makes the perfect perch from which to take in the wonderful views out towards the marina, breakwater and beyond. -
Bathrooms
Upon entering the suite there are two steps down which lead into the bathroom. Spacious and contemporary the bathroom features tiled flooring, a fabulous roll top bath, a large shower cubicle, his and hers hand basins, a pair of electric/lit mirrors with shaver point and WC.

Shared Facilities
You will find a shared utility room on the ground floor with a selection of mugs, glasses, crockery, and cutlery along with washing-up facilities if you wanted to bring takeaway food or drink into the property.
The shared utility room also features a sink, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
All tableware and facilities are to be used on a first come first serve basis. -
Parking Options
Whilst there is no designated parking for the suite, there are plenty of options in the surrounding areas. There is unrestricted parking in residential roads within a 10 minute walk, plus many car parks too.

The Maritime Suites are luxurious room only properties that include a large bedroom and bathroom. Please note there are no kitchen or cooking facilities within the suites.
All rooms have additional sound proofing to reduce noise disturbance when inside your suite. All sea views will be remain unaffected by nearby building works.
Building works are being carried out behind the Maritime Suites between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
The ground floor apartment of the Maritime Suites is also undergoing refurbishment. This will be noticeable from outside the building, and you may also see workmen entering the ground floor of building during the day. All suites are on the first floor or above.

Suites by Luxury Coastal collection is a room only option comprising a bedroom for relaxing and a luxurious bathroom. There are no kitchens or cooking facilities within the Maritime Suites.
The vibrant working harbour and fishing town of Brixham was launched into the public eye when Sky Atlantic’s Fish Town aired to television audiences around the world. Among some of the most memorable of the series’ characters was local landlady Pat who ran the characterful Maritime Inn, and sometime later after the last episode of the series aired, Pat sold her beloved hotel leaving Brixham locals wondering what would become of the iconic establishment.
Now, beautifully reimagined into a collection of five boutique luxury suites, the current owners have carried out an exquisite renovation that remains sympathetic to the building’s Grade II listed heritage. Paying homage also to the town’s fishing industry, each suite bears a plaque with the names of five of Brixham’s most famous trawlers that worked out of Brixham’s iconic fish quay in the 17th and 18th centuries; Provident, Leader, Golden Vanity, Vigilance and Pilgrim.
Rivalled only by jaw-dropping harbour and marina views, the suites feature stunning décor with fixtures and fittings of the highest quality, where deeply comfortable bedding and designer furnishings create spaces that are as sublimely welcoming as they are glamorous. In addition to their beautiful bedrooms, each suite boasts an outrageously spacious bathroom; two of which include roll-top baths under sash windows to invite deliciously long soaks at any time of the day.
