Suites by Luxury Coastal collection is a room only option comprising a bedroom for relaxing and a luxurious bathroom. There are no kitchens or cooking facilities within the Maritime Suites.

Combining all the elements of luxury waterside living into one very beautiful package, a stay at Leader offers couples a uniquely decadent way of experiencing local Brixham life within one of South Devon’s best loved and most iconic harbour towns.

One of five exquisite boutique suites, Vigilance occupies a second floor position within the exquisitely refurbished Maritime building and features a seriously chic design, with a colour palette that echoes the cool waters of the bay beyond. Sumptuous furnishings lend a sense of seaside glamour while sash windows frame the incredible harbour views beyond. A deeply comfortable king size bed invites nights of deliciously long sleep and morning lie-ins can be spent enjoying a coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the town below.

Adding to its spacious interior, a sprawling bathroom matches the bedroom in both size and sophistication and features his and hers basins, a large shower and a rolltop bath. Another sash window, this one with views over the marina means guests get to enjoy an indulgent soak with breathtaking views at any time of the day or night before heading into town for a delicious restaurant meal.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Additional Extras: Please note there are no kitchen or cooking facilities within the suites.

Introducing Suites by Luxury Coastal
Our new suites have all the comforts you’d expect from a Luxury Coastal stay; beautiful bedrooms, large bathrooms and wonderful views, however you won’t find any kitchen facilities as the suites are rented on a room only basis.
Sleeping & Relaxing
The main entrance to the Maritime suites building is accessed via 13 wide steps. Vigilance is located straight ahead on the second floor.

The Bedroom
A spacious suite inspired by Brixham’s nautical heritage features a sumptuous king size bed with integrated luggage storage, perfect for lazy mornings admiring the view from the pretty sash window. Furnishings also include bedside cabinets, wall lamps, wardrobe, wall-mounted Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. A glass table and two chairs are positioned next to the window seat, with a Bosh Tassimo coffee machine and Costa pods, hot water machine and small under counter fridge.

The View
You’ll be treated to picture perfect views overlooking Brixham harbour from the comfy window seat in the bedroom and the comfort of your tempting roll-top bath.
Bathrooms
Beautifully designed with a contemporary feel featuring tiled flooring, twin basins, a pair of electric lit mirrors, large walk-in shower cubicle, shaver point and WC. The bathroom also features a free-standing, roll-top bath where you can sink into bubbles and admire the view over the harbour.
Shared Facilities
You will find a shared utility room on the first floor with a selection of mugs, glasses, crockery, and cutlery along with washing-up facilities if you wanted to bring takeaway food or drink into the property.
The shared utility room also features a sink, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
All tableware and facilities are to be used on a first come first serve basis.

Whilst there is no designated parking for the suite, there are plenty of options in the surrounding areas. There is unrestricted parking in residential roads within a 10 minute walk, plus many car parks too.

Such a lovely modern room with a lovely view of the harbour. Very well positioned to walk to nearby town and beaches. Also helpful to have the simple shared kitchen area.

We stayed 3 nights/4 days and had only 1 towel each which wasn't replaced, either was the tea/ coffee or toilet paper. Wouldn't recommend to anyone that isn't able to climb a lot of stairs. Location was perfect though

The accommodation was fab! Although no kitchen we didnt really miss it. The views were immense, we slept with blinds up and windows open to see and hear what Brixhsm has to offer. Location was perfect. 2 min walk from the centre. Parking is a bit of a pain but these fishing villages werent built for cars. We parked for free further up the hill and it was fine . Brixham is perfect for lovers of Agatha Christie. Elberry Cove (ABC murders), Burgh Island (Evil Under the Sun and And Then There Were None) and Greenways (Agathas home and setting for Dead Mans Folly) all very close. Hound Tor stunning too (climb around if youre careful too!) The marmite chips are the Cow Shed in the town were a culinary delight! All in all a great location, and really really nice accommodation to collapse in to bed after a busy day - we would not hesitate in staying again

Probably the best rooms in Brixham

I've been coming to Brixham for years so it's great to finally see some rooms with views that are in the luxury boutique category. We had a fantastic stay in the Vigilance Suite and loved watching the harbour and taking long baths with the sounds of the harbour outside! We will definitely return and try out the other rooms. Some suggestions would have been toiletries in the room and more toilet roll - we had to nip out for those on the first night which was a bit annoying. The 'water heater' machine was rather stale and needed a clean out so we had to go to the kitchen and use the kettle instead (although the kitchen is great): I think a small kettle would be better. Overall though this is an fantastic addition to Brixham and really raises the game in terms of showing others what excellent looks like! We will definitely return.
