With stunning sea views over famous Fistral Beach and within a short walk of the town's shops and restaurants, it’s ideal for both families and couples looking to sample the best of what the area has to offer.

Airy and open plan, the living space with its sumptuous seating and contemporary furniture, incorporates the dining area and kitchen, and the whole space overlooks the sea through large glass doors and windows. Outside there’s a furnished balcony for soaking up the sunshine, and when the sun sets there’s no better place to take in nature’s fiery show with flashes of pink and orange spread out above the sea.

45 Ocean One has a sleek kitchen with everything you’ll need to rustle up your home cooking in, and three large bedrooms, two of which are king size and one with twin beds that can be joined to form a super king. There’s a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower over so is ideal for families with younger children in tow, and the property has its own designated parking spot within the development.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: No pets allowed

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

    The modern kitchen is open plan with the living and dining area and features an electric fan assisted oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A range of crockery, cutlery (children's cutlery as well) and cooking utensils is provided as well as smaller appliances that include a mixer / blender, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

    This bedroom features a large bay window with floor to ceiling glass and is furnished with twin beds that can be zipped and linked to form a super king. Other furniture includes two chairs, bedside tables and lamps, a mirror and stand-alone wardrobe

    This bedroom also has a large bay window with floor to ceiling glass and is furnished with a king size bed, freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside tables and lamps

    Bedroom Three
    This bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables, mirror, stand-alone wardrobe and chest of drawers

Great Apartment, better location

We had a great stay with our two children over Easter in 45 Ocean 1. Booking and communication was simple and efficient. The apartment was clean, bright and very well equipped. The weather was very mixed during our stay but the apartment was always warm and a great place to return to each day whatever our adventures. The children loved having big beds to sleep in and were very comfy. The master with the window was a real feature. However, the mattress on the zip link superking is a little uncomfortable and for a bedroom facing onto a well light busy street the big window is in dire need of thick luxurious curtains. The thin drapes did nothing to stop light coming in and would be more suitable as a replacement to the paper blinds in the living space. Really the window dressings is the only thing letting this amazing apartment down. We loved watching the ocean and the surfers from the living area and balcony each day. We would definitely return. The location is perfect!

I stayed at 45 Ocean with my three teenage sons. We had a lovely time. The apartment was the perfect size for us. Great location being so near to Fistral Beach and the shops and Morrisons is a 10 minute drive away. There is also a beautiful view of the sea from the living room window. We had a great time - thank you

Lovely apartment

Lovely place, very clean. Close to distract beach and a nice walk into Newquay centre. Convenient having the garage for both cars. Only downside was only 1 set of keys between 5 adults which was difficult. Could also do with information pack in the apartment.

Clean, great location and would definitely stay again

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, location was great and everything as was stated on the listing. Luxury Coastal were always on hand if i had any questions. I have booked through Luxury Coastal before and would most definitely again. The only thing and this is very small, non plastic cutlery would have been great.
