Set just above Newquay’s world-class Fistral Beach, the Ocean 1 development is a collection of luxury apartments on one of Cornwall’s best stretches of coastline, offering guests a fabulous base from which to discover and enjoy all that the area and town have to offer.

Fistral Beach lies to the front of the complex which means you can walk from the front door of your apartment to the sand in under 5 minutes - excellent news for anyone in search of the ultimate beachy getaway. For eating out and shopping sprees the town centre is just a 15 minute stroll away so you’ll have plenty of non-beachy activities to keep you and the family entertained during your stay too.

Stepping inside the apartment you’ll discover a spacious open plan living room with doors leading out to a sea-facing balcony where you can spend your time watching the surf and catching the sun. There’s a modern kitchen that’s equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up home-cooked meals, as well as three lovely double bedrooms (one of which is en-suite) so there’s plenty of space to comfortably accommodate six guests.

For those seeking the surf, sea and sand there are many terrific beaches to choose from in the area including of course the famous Fistral, Lusty Glaze, Great Western and Crantock. The South West Coast Path is roughly 250 yards away and Newquay Golf Club is a 2 minute drive.

We ask our guests for a £150 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 1 pet allowed, £40 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

A range of crockery, cutlery (children's cutlery as well) and cooking utensils is provided as well as smaller appliances that include a toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

Lovely location,good information as to where the key safe & code for the gate was..Lovely lounge & kitchen area .The negative side was bad reception & hard to get the tv to work..The En suite bedroom has the smallest wardrobe in the world & no dressing table or enough sockets.,same for the middle bedroom. Also more cleaning needed,especially the carpets We .Love Newquay though & pentire ,see you bext year.

Good size flat easy walking distance to the beach

Spacious flat one road behind the beach with great sea view. 3 very good size bedrooms and nicely decorated Fully equipped kitchen, great for familes or friends. The balcony had a table and chairs and was a nice place to sit 1 free parking space comes with the flat too
