Set just above Newquay’s world-class Fistral Beach, the Ocean 1 development is a collection of luxury apartments on one of Cornwall’s best stretches of coastline, offering guests a fabulous base from which to discover and enjoy all that the area and town have to offer.

Fistral Beach lies to the front of the complex which means you can walk from the front door of your apartment to the sand in under 5 minutes - excellent news for anyone in search of the ultimate beachy getaway. For eating out and shopping sprees the town centre is just a 15 minute stroll away so you’ll have plenty of non-beachy activities to keep you and the family entertained during your stay too.

Stepping inside the apartment you’ll discover a spacious open plan living room with doors leading out to a sea-facing balcony where you can spend your time watching the surf and catching the sun. There’s a modern kitchen that’s equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up home-cooked meals, as well as three lovely double bedrooms (one of which is en-suite) so there’s plenty of space to comfortably accommodate six guests.

For those seeking the surf, sea and sand there are many terrific beaches to choose from in the area including of course the famous Fistral, Lusty Glaze, Great Western and Crantock. The South West Coast Path is roughly 250 yards away and Newquay Golf Club is a 2 minute drive.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas
    Number of steps: This apartment is on the second floor from the basement level or at entrance level from the front of the building (up one step)
    Type of heating: Electric and underfloor heating
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required.

    The modern kitchen is open plan with the living and dining area and features an electric fan assisted oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A range of crockery, cutlery (children's cutlery as well) and cooking utensils is provided as well as smaller appliances that include a toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board

    Incorporated into the living area and open plan with the kitchen, this area features a dining table with seating for four as well as a two-seater breakfast bar with two stools

    Master Bedroom (en-suite)
    This bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Other furniture includes bedside tables and lamps, a chair, a TV with Freeview, a mirror, chest of drawers and stand-alone wardrobe

    Allocated private parking space for one vehicle with visitor’s spaces available on a first come first served basis. Please park in the number allocated space to avoid a fine. Additional paid parking can be found in one of several nearby car parks
