A well-designed modern kitchen allows guests to rustle up home cooked meals with ease, and these along with morning coffees and evening glasses of bubbly can be shared on the bijou balcony which overlooks the fashionable sands and turquoise waters of Fistral Beach below.

The apartment’s two bathrooms mean there’s no waiting in line to de-sand after days spent down on the beach, while two comfortable bedrooms offer a calming place to chill out in for either afternoon napping or long nights of deeply refreshing sleep.
Ideally situated within just a short stroll from Fistral Beach and close to the Gannel Estuary, outdoor excursions and lazy beach days are most definitely on the agenda for guests staying at Fistral View. Fistral Beach Surf School and Surf hire offer a range of surf equipment including boards and wetsuits as well as lessons, so visitors of all ages and abilities can take to the waves and enjoy an authentic taste of Newquay’s surf culture. For golf enthusiasts, a few holes at the nearby golf club is a must and for evening dining or entertainment Newquay’s Fore Street is less than a mile from the property.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.

The master en-suite has lovely sea views and is furnished with a king size bed and a freestanding wardrobe

This bedroom features twin beds which can be configured into super king size on request*. Other furniture includes bedside tables and lamps, a mirror and chest of drawers

The balcony is accessed through French doors leading out from the living area with glass balustrade and wonderful sea views of Fistral and north Cornish coast to Trevose Head. This area is furnished with a table and four chairs
Parking
Allocated private parking space for one vehicle with visitor’s spaces available on a first come first served basis. Additional paid parking can be found in one of several nearby car parks, the closest long stay being that of Pentire Headland car park which is about 0.5 miles (15 minutes walk) from the apartment. The apartment was of a very high standard with every thing you would need. it was very clean with a good location and view of Fistral Bay. If we go to Newquay again which is very likely as we as a family have been doing for over twenty years we would look to book this apartment again
