With its stunning coastline, bountiful beaches and buzzing atmosphere Newquay is undoubtedly one of Cornwall’s favourite destinations. If you’re in search of the perfect pad for your Newquay escape, this fantastic penthouse overlooking Fistral Beach is just the place.

Step inside, plonk your bags down and sink straight into holiday mode at this fabulous penthouse apartment. An airy open plan living room invites you to put your feet up, with a door opening out to the large balcony where you can take in the sea air and those incredible views. Three comfy bedrooms provide ample room for six guests, and if you’d like to wake up to views over the Atlantic, the master suite has French doors out to the balcony so you can savour the ocean scenes before anyone else gets up for breakfast.

Of course, life centres around the town’s clutch of beautiful beaches, each with its own atmosphere - so whether its surfing, swimming, sandcastle building, walking or rock pooling – there’s one with your name on it.

For those who love to eat out there are food spots galore, ranging from casual beach-based cafes to swanky, sophisticated restaurants and everything in between; and if you’re travelling with children in tow you’ll have activities a-plenty for keeping them entertained.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: No pets allowed
    Number of steps: Apartment is on the third floor. There is an elevator to the second floor with two flights of steps up to the third floor. In total there are 72 steps if not using the elevator.
    Type of heating: Underfloor heating.
    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
    Coffee Machine: Bosch Tassimo pod machine and cafetiere.
    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
    Cot and Highchair: Available upon request so please do add at time of booking if required.

    Parking for one car within the garage plus an allocated parking space for one car at the Ocean 1 building car park. A permit is provided which must be displayed in your car for the duration of your stay. There are visitor’s spaces available on a first come first served basis. Additional paid parking can be found in one of several nearby car parks
