Overview

Surrounded by lush tropical greenery and only a four-minute drive from the coast, these terrific properties form a brilliant base for holidays in Mounts Bay and the surrounding coastline.

Each retreat in the collection has been thoughtfully designed to provide a unique and relaxing escape. Interiors are comfortable and well-equipped, with modern entertainment features such as Smart TVs. Outside, each space is for private use and is enveloped by lush, subtropical greenery with outdoor lighting adding a magical ambience to the evenings. Gas BBQs, bistro sets, and seating areas make the gardens perfect for alfresco dining, lounging in the sunshine, or stargazing under the Cornish sky.

The local area has so much to offer. Polgoon Vineyard is a three-minute drive from Buryas Bridge and makes for a lovely place to taste locally produced wines or juices from their orchards, while Trewidden house and garden lie on the doorstep. Just five minutes away lies Newlyn with its brilliant restaurants and vibrant local art scene. Continue along the coast to Penzance and discover a fabulous, heated lido as well as historic architecture, or head in the other direction to Mousehole – one of Cornwall’s prettiest villages – where cobbled streets, sea views and delicious seafood lunches await.

The South West Coast Path runs close by, with the walk from Mousehole to Lamorna Cove especially beautiful, while the National Trust-owned Trengwainton Garden (just ten minutes away) offers a peaceful stroll through its lush grounds and is ideal for guests with dogs in tow.
A little further afield, the white sands and turquoise waters of Porthcurno beckon, where you can visit the world-famous Minack Theatre, carved dramatically into the cliffs and overlooking the ocean.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver: We ask our guests for a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. Alternatively, a one-off, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 4 pets allowed, 1 in each property. £40 per pet, per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the upstairs/bedroom areas

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Wi-Fi: This property provides free Wi-Fi for our guests. There may be occasional variations in speed and performance due to factors outside of our control. If you're planning to work during your stay, we suggest bringing a Wi-Fi dongle as a backup
