Your architect designed eco-lodge will make your next break truly special, from the comfy sofa perched in front of the wall mounted Bang and Olufsen TV to the modern kitchen with its gloss units and Neff appliances.
Life at Strawberryfield Park is all about spending quality time with the people that matter the most, so when you step inside your beautiful lodge, you’ll feel instantly relaxed. The floor to ceiling windows make the most of the countryside views, and on a warm summer’s day you can step out onto your private terrace and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

As the night draws in and the stars begin to dance, sink into your bubbling hot tub with a glass of fizz for a night to remember, and when it’s time to sleep, the super king-size bed awaits... bliss.

If you love the Great Outdoors, Strawberryfield Park is surrounded by gorgeous rolling hills just waiting to be explored. Pack a romantic picnic and take a stroll around the park’s orchard before sampling local ales and cider in the Cider Barn. If you hop in the car, the cathedral city of Wells is a short drive away, with historic Bath also within easy reach, where you can indulge in a spot of retail therapy.

Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £125 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
Pets: Two pets allowed, charged at £40 per pet per week. (In line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas.)
Number of steps: No internal steps, two external steps up to access the property
Type of Heating: Fully heated throughout
Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.
Coffee Machine: Cafetiere and coffee machine.
Hot Tub: Private hot tub partially sunken into the decking.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required. Additional extras can include things such as a bottle of champagne, rose petals and logs. These can be booked directly with Strawberryfield Park once you have placed your booking.

A good weekend

Stayed at Strawberry Fields for a luckily dry April weekend after deciding our usual Forest H_______ lodge was too expensive. This was excellent and did not disappoint, modern, clean and very well equipped, like a home from home. A bottle of wine, coffee pods, milk in the fridge, hot tub ready. The grounds are very well kept too. Well located 5 minutes out of Cheddar but away from the hustle of the busy little town. The Cider Barn near the top of the site is ok for an emergency pint with a good range of ciders and snacks.

A quiet stay

Very lovely accommodation and nice quiet site. Some furnishings were superb such as bed and decor. Dining table chairs were more like outdoor seating. Sofa not very clean i think leather would be more serviceable. Habing a young dog would have wanted /expected a better gate for secure outside area but other than that outside space lovely. We stayed in a 5* last year which set the benchmark high so i would say this is definately more like 4* and demonstates lack of general facilities on site, but that said it was much cheaper so still good.value for.money.

Myself, partner and dog had a wonderful weekend stay. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine and some biscuits on the island, milk in fridge and water by the beds (love the little things). The lodge was just gorgeous, super clean. Extra towels for hot tub. Enclosed area for our dog & wasnt overlooked by other lodges. Bed was comfortable. Great amenities. 100% will be returning. Loved this place so much. Thank you 🙂
