Set in the tranquil Somerset countryside this lodge offers total relaxation for couples needing some time away together. A large wrap around deck is furnished with a luxurious hot tub and completed with a private, starlit canopied courtyard – the perfect place to enjoy a meal in the fresh air or to watch the sun set. Indoors you will discover a spacious open plan interior with sumptuous seating and a beautiful designer kitchen.

A wood burning stove adds to the ambience of the living area and is a fantastic way to keep extra warm and cosy on those chillier evenings. Add to this a gorgeous master bedroom with a huge en-suite, and you will never want to leave.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £125 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this. 
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests. In a recent speed test, the download speed was recorded at 84.3mbps and the upload speed 11.8mbps, as with all Wi-Fi networks we are unable to guarantee speed and connectivity.
Wood Burner: Guests can bring their own logs or purchase them through the site if they require the use of the log burner.
Coffee Machine: There is a coffee machine
Hot Tub: Private, partially sunken hot tub
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.
Additional Extras: There is a cot and a high chair available upon request, as these are not stored at the property, please add them to your booking if required. Additional extras can include things such as a bottle of champagne, rose petals and logs. These can be booked directly with Strawberryfield Park once you have placed your booking.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Lodge was spotless and modern. Had everything we needed. Hot tub was great. Log burner was Cosy. (Make sure you take your own wood, kindling and fire lighters as none provided) The only downside for me, and this is completely personal preference. The location of the lodge felt like I was on a mini caravan park. There was no view and love to be able to sit with the blinds open and see out. We looked straight on to the lodge opposite so had to keep the blinds down all weekend. Lodges are very close together.

Lovely place would go again

We had a lovely few days at this lodge, good location for Cheddar and other days out. The lodge was beautifully presented, we had all the amenities we could need along with a few nice extras. We found the complementary pint of milk, bottle of wine and water, very sweet. The hot tub was maintained daily which was nice and the layout of the cabin is very practical in conjunction with use of the outside space. Would definitely recommend to friends.

something different than a hotel room or b&b, But for £650 for two nights with no breakfast included found it expensive £325 per night. Very clean , nice comfortable bed, all thou you are ask to strip you bed before you leave Pack dish washer and take any rubbish out Which I found I was giving chores before I left which you wouldnt get anywhere else Jacuzzi was relaxing although I actually thought it wasnt working but Infact just very gentle jets

Relaxing break

A wonderful lodge surrounded by greenery in a beautiful area. Very spacious lodge and well appointed with everything you need during your stay. Bed was huge and very comfortable.Tastefully decorated . The kitchen was very clean and had a huge fridge freezer and dishwasher ( no dishes to wash!!) .The lodge was all ready for us when we arrived with a little welcome pack. If you need shopping there are plenty of places a very short drive away or organise an online shop to be delivered .The starlit courtyard was great to sit, relax and enjoy the evening out of the breeze. We had a couple of bbqs using the built in grill and listened to the sound of the countryside. Cows mooing, the odd sheep bleating , birds singing and a very confused cockerel that sounded his alarm at noon The lodge is a great place to stay , either for visiting local attractions or just to relax in the hot tub and catch some rays. I have already recommended Strawberryfield Park lodges to anyone wholl listen. We are hoping to return next year (we would have booked again for this year but have two other places to visit)
