Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £50 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £15 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Pets: 2 pets allowed, a fixed fee of £25 per dog for a short stay of 2-4 night stays and £40 per dog for a 7+ night stay is chargeable, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas.

Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

Really enjoyed our stay the cottage was clean and tidy , as was the hot tub . Close walk to braunton . We had a car so traveled about . The area is pretty quiet so managed to relax .

Loved our stay - tucked away so very quiet - clean and plenty of utensils- easy reach of numerous local beaches and towns - the hot tub was a bonus as was the car charger - Sarah was very helpful host - we hope to return

First time here and really enjoyed our stay. Great location close to all good amenities. Comfortable large bed in the lodge made for good night sleeps. The well appointed bathroom with huge bath and great shower etc was enjoyed to. The lovely enclosed garden was great for our dog and the spa tub topped it off for us. We were well looked after by owner Sarah so we will probably return. Love the local beaches with Crow point and the Burrows being a fantastic visit. Ideal location in or out of main seasons to be enjoyed. Cheers.
