Tastefully furnished with a contemporary feel throughout, the apartment’s open plan living area boasts a comfortable L-shaped sofa and flows out on to a covered furnished deck where wonderful sea views can be savoured over a morning coffee or evening drinks. Two well-proportioned bedrooms along with two bathrooms mean plenty of space for four guests to retreat to after days spent on the beach, and the amply equipped kitchen with dining area is the perfect space for rustling up and sharing home cooked meals together.
A beach break wouldn’t be complete without a spot of surfing or paddle-boarding and visitors to Newquay are spoilt for choice with various surf schools and board hire companies offering lessons and equipment. For those guests who are already pros, the property has its own surfboard storage so early morning surf sessions can be a complete breeze.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fistral Lookout. The location is, I think, one of the best in Newquay and its proximity to Fistral Beach is brilliant (my son is a surfer). The views from the apartment are fantastic. I do feel that the apartment's decor is tired and it could do with a facelift - the shower screen in the main bathroom leaked water (the rim kept coming off) and the sick plug mechanism was broken. I think when you read 'luxury' in the title that maybe the expectations are higher as I wouldn't say it was! However the apartment was spacious and well equipped. We did receive messages about making sure we used the car parking permit as soon as we arrived - we couldn't find it because apparently it is not necessary - but this required a message to Kathryn to find this out. We also received a message at the end asking us to ensure that the permit was returned to the apartment! Apart from that we had a very nice few days there.

The apartment had all the mod cons that you will require for your stay. Cleanliness was to a high standard and the layout was suitable for all age groups. There was plenty of cups, glasses, plates , knives ,forks etc. The kitchen was also well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.

Once again we had a lovely stay at this apartment. Theres everything you could wish for and will definately stay again. Great location parking on site is a bonus. Easy access to everywhere. Quiet and extremely comfortable. 10/10.
