A lovely master bedroom with its king size bed means guests can expect a supremely comfortable night’s sleep, so you’ll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day on a high note.
Making the most of the mild Cornish climate, the covered balcony comes furnished with a table and chairs so even when the weather is cooler, you’ll be able to enjoy alfresco dining; and when the weather is bright simply fling open the doors and invite the fresh sea air inside before heading down to the beach for a spot of sunbathing or surfing.

Good Housekeeping Bond or Accidental Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterward if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
Alternatively, a one-off, nonrefundable Accidental Damage Waiver of £30 can be added to your booking to replace the Good Housekeeping Bond and can be added as an extra when processing your booking.
Please note that the building works which had been taking place opposite the Ocean Gate building are now complete
