Spanning four levels, Solstice Beach House has plenty of space for eight guests, with contemporary decor and luxurious living areas creating a wonderful retreat for holidays with family and friends.

The first two floors have four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and three doubles. Two family bathrooms are also found on these floors ensuring comfort and convenience for all. The third floor hosts an open-plan kitchen and dining area designed for socialising, complete with high spec features and fitting, and there’s access to a balcony with sea views where you can enjoy drinks in the fresh sea air. The top floor offers a stylish living room with three sofas and a large Smart TV as well as a second balcony for sunset watching.

With Tolcarne Beach just 300 meters away and Great Western and Newquay Beach nearby, this holiday home is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the sand and surf. A short distance away you’ll find a host of family-friendly attractions too including the Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium, while the harbour, Fistral Beach and Newquay’s fabulous eateries are all easily reached by car.

    Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £200 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved (held as a pending transaction) and then released afterwards if there is no damage or additional cleaning. This will be held on the card on file 7 days prior to your arrival.
    Pets: 1 pet allowed, £25 per pet per week, in line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go in the bedroom areas

    Linen & Towels: Bed linen is provided for your stay, however, if you require use of the travel cot you will need to bring your own cot linen. Each guest will be supplied with one hand towel and one bath towel for their stay. (if your holiday is longer than 10 days, please contact the Luxury Coastal team to discuss a mid-stay linen change)
    Wi-Fi: This property offers free Wi-Fi for guests, however, we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity. Therefore, if you are planning to work during your holiday, we recommend bringing a wifi dongle.

    Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking and we ask that any party member who smokes, do so off the premises.

Solstice Beach House is situated in a quiet residential area and is best suited to families or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing break near the beach. If your booking falls outside either of these groups, please get in touch before making your booking to discuss your requirements.
